Loved this new Aflac commercial, if anyone has seen it. They fired Gilbert Gottfried as the voice of the duck, and found a creative way to temporaily go without a voice actor, a silent film era tribute. And if you don't know, what first comes to mind when you think "Silent Film" Besides Charlie Chaplain? If you're like me, your brain should go quickly to "melodrama", or more specifically, the classic scenario of a lovely damsel tied to railroad tracks. Anyway, felt I had to capture a frame from this commercial, since it is the best, seriously I mean best rendition of that old classic scene (not counting drawings and some photography meant for the fetish-minded and purposefully sexy, which are usually non-period, but the hottest done in sienna B&W film and made to look period). She's bound divinely, just like the Coors  commercial that was pulled from airing, but you can see her way better, and she's dressed damsel-y, not in modern winter gear. Also there's some real good medium close up footage of her struggling in vain, which I say "hits the spot" to describe that it is satisfying. Check it out on Youtube, but here's my favortite part for a still shot. louistarado.deviantart.com/art…

I agree. I love how it is old-time and classic. The damsel is beautifula and the dress invery damselish. And of course i like that she is tied up with good ropes around her body and she struggles in vain(i think this is sexy but i would really subject a woman to this, and i don't think of this as domination against women i just like women being the stars and being feminine and beautiful)

Thanks for commenting. Yes, I never look too much into it about dominating any woman, it's just something feminine and appealing looking about it to me.

It's a cultural imprint, sparked that same chemical reaction in the brain in you as it did in me. Emotion may be a trigger. Tied up women in general just look extra feminine in my mind, the tracks thing is just a fun 'meme'? I think you could say?

lol yeah! I guess to us the helplessness and submissiveness look of the tied up female makes us want to help her. The tracks is like a meme theme. Its hard to say that why the train tracks is like an extra affect for us but i gues peril and the woman screaming for help is what motivates are fetish! how is my request going?
